Tomorrow is day 1 for us.Am doing this with my friend Samantha.It has taken us a while to get our heads together and work out how we are going to make it work for us, fitting it into heavy work schedules etc.

I’m onto day 2 of the 21 day challenge – unfortunately I can’t play the video’s here at work so have to send everything to my home address – will try and have a look at them tonight.
Apart from having to organise myself in the evenings re food for the next day it appears to be an easy programme to follow.
