    I’ve just joined for the 21 day programme, downloaded the body Blitz PDF, now what?

    I would also like to know if there is someone in my area I could contact to share the “hard days” or help keep each other motivated. I have about 30kgs to lose, and at the moment it all just seems so far out of reach.

    I know you have told us what food to eat, but do you have a meal plan available?
    Planning meals is not my strong point therefore i tend to stick to the same food every day and I also undereat (according to Curves). So I need your guidence in the area of a daily food plan please if this is possible.

    Well I seem to be in mild ketosis after day one of the challenge – usually I take 3-4 days to use up the gyc… in my liver that I have read about – Does the magnesium help here Damian?

    Anyway done 30 minutes on the bike this morning and looked at the weights – tried two machines briefly!

      The Magnesium is purely to move your bowels… its won’t necessarily aid in enhanced Ketogenesis. Though magnesium will help with blood sugar management. So this may explain more rapid ketosis in your case ๐Ÿ™‚

    In regards to the vegies – more than 3 handfuls in a day is good.
    Eggs- how many eggs are a serving?

      hi ya, typically 1-2 eggs is considered a serving… but it depends on your palm size… its always safe to do 2 ๐Ÿ™‚

    I have used a ketostix and it was a negative. What does that mean. I have lost 3 Kilos so far.

      Hi there Shalini, thats totally fine. the use of the ketostix is to ensure you don’t burn too many ketones. Negative to 4 is an appropriate range. congratulations on your weight loss so far.

    Hi please can you help, A few things..
    I read through the program and have looked at the winter menu, do you have more menu examples or is this the only one?
    I also see in the program the list of foods and quantities we should eat in a day and that the carb will be added in slowly? How do we know when this is to happen or do you provide a different menu each week .

    Finally I looked at the frittata recipe which looks yum and it says there are plenty more recipes to use once signed up but I cant find any more recipes?!?! Am I looking in the wrong place or missing something. Looking forward to getting started, I have wedding dresses to shop for!! Many thanks

      Hello Catherine,

      the foods on the menu planner are a great place to start… start there first – there are more recipes coming in the coming weeks in your emails.

      go hard on the existing menu planners – there are HEAPS of options – more variety than most people eat any way.

      keep the goal in mind – the wedding dress ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi i have just signed up today, am looking at the food menus, to see what i need to stock up in the cupboard. Is it really impt to get the Ketostic sticks and the Uroplex and Liquid Omega. Do i need to get all three, what would you recommend. Am getting ready for the journey. As have been sitting on the same weight for the last 1 year and half, nothing seems to work. I go to the gym i workout, i watch what i eat etc. Hopefully this will get me in the right direction

      Hey Keela! if you have been resistant – I would use the Oil and Uroplex – give yourself the best shot at it. You may not need to get the Ketostix. Let us know how you go!

    I’m really excited to get started on the 21-day challenge! In total I am wanting to lose 10-15kgs so I’m thinking about doing the 112 day challenge after this if it all goes well!! I have a few questions I hope you don’t mind answering…

    First of all, I notice in the meal plan a couple of days incorporated kumera but it isn’t on the food list, what are the guidelines around eating kumera in the 21 day challenge?

    Can I have other seafood at lunch time such as prawns with a salad?

    I noticed some days for lunch the meal plan suggests 150g of chicken or fish and others its 100g. Is the amount based on what you eat for breakfast and dinner?

    Sorry about all the questions, I just want to get it right!!

    Just finished day 3 and I’m feeling good….

      HI there Rochelle, great questions.

      Kumara is absolutely fine in this program. happy for you to have it.
      You are better to stick to the foods in the list – but you can certainly add other healthy protein types to your meals. Prawns… fine if you are ok with them
      Your portion size of protein is ideally based on your palm size – the 100-150gm is somewhat arbitrary – if you have a small palm… eat less ๐Ÿ™‚

    Just wondering if I can have herbal tea (the ones that are just plants for ingredients) to help substitute black tea? I just feel the need to have an occasional drink that’s not water….
