Hi, having been a student for the last 4 years I have pretty much spent my time eating and sitting and studying. Now with my graduation at the end of the year and one of my best friends getting married it is time to try and shift the weight!
I have been on the Blitz for 1 week and I have lost 2kg! I would be happy for another 5-7! so fingers crossed!

Hey there – I hope this has gone to the right place 🙂 I brought this diet over a year ago and had great success from it. I am now just starting it again. I need some help tho. Where can I get some recipes from?
