Have just started the 21 day programme, and its going well so far. Am struggling to reduce coffee intake, any ideas?
I say its easiest to go cold turkey and get your withdrawals over and done with asap – the thing is a little of something when you back in balance is not so bad but over use of coffee comes with its price 🙁
Good morning Bodyblitz! After having a seafood diet over the weekend, (all the food I saw I ate!) today is the no more excuses and woe is me…! Had the lemon juice and just about to have brekky.
Looking ahead, not a great fan of Lamb, can I substitute this with beef? Will try it first though…may become a convert!
