Well I started and what a short journey. I lost 3.2kg the first week and feel great, Im am sleeping better and not tired when I wake up and have more energy. The meal plan went well and was not hungry so plenty to eat. Loved the Apple and cinnamon for breakfast. I did struggle with the water at first but got that sorted. The weekend was hard when you are invited out for a meal!
