On my 6th day today, and was so happy when I got on the scales this morning to find I had lost 2.9kg… this is amazing.
Was getting a bit bored with all the salad and eggs so have switched it up a bit with the Winter menu, all very tasty. Thank you so much for the kick start I really needed after changing my jobs a few years ago from one I was always running around outside with to sitting at an office desk, then to top it all off, I broke my ankle and couldn’t run for 3 months. Am now biking 7.5km in 20 minutes to work and then home every day along with some sprints etc.
Am feeling amazing – but waking up at 5am every morning (thank goodness daylight savings starts this weekend)
And I will be fitting into my summer clothes very soon, the weight is just falling off.

How wrong I was. I did get side affects but only for 4 days, the rest has
been really easy and I never feel hungry!! Sometimes it’s hard to fit in

My husband and I have been doing the challenge for 8 days. I have lost 2.4 kgs (4.5% body fat) and my husband has lost 2.8kgs (3% body fat). We are both used to the food and the headaches have now gone. I have so much energy!
We’re off to Fiji at the end of August so will keep up the eating for all that time, and incorporate alot of the meals in our day to day lives.

Hi all.
I bought the program back in July 2011 and couldn’t start straight away as I was breastfeeding. I finally gave myself the boot up the bum I needed, to actually do something about my weight and it was stupid not to start with this program.

To be honest it was a little bit daunting reading all the info because I hate failure and I didn’t want to think I was following the plan correctly only to find I wasn’t so it took me a while to mentally prepare for it. (I know, I’m weird)

I find the program easy to follow and I have been exercising 5 times per week, not because I have to I WANT TO!!! I’m into my third week and have lost 4.6kgs.

I love the salmon meal and the baked kumara goes down a treat with my husband who doesn’t normally eat Kumara!!

We are having a pot luck dinner tonight so in my mind I have put on my plate what I’m going to eat. I find that helps me not to over indulge.

I’m now into my fourth day of the 21days to change. Had a rough couple of days, especially with sugar cravings, but these seem to have become not so strong now. I have been getting heaps of support from my friend, we are doing this together and send regular txt and facebook messages to encourage each other. This is my first time on this programme and am so impressed with all the information which is provided on the sites. I will be weighing in for the first time next Tuesday after one week, so look forward to seeing some results.

“I decided I needed to do something about my weight and I also wanted to look my best when I gave my daughter away at her wedding in May and had been trying to lose the weight with minimal results. I have achieved what I set out to do and have the most amazing outfit to wear. All my clothes fit better, some are looser than others and I have so many more options of what I can wear. Its like having a whole new wardrobe About ten days ago I completed the 21 day challenge. I started out at 91.4kg and on day 21 I was 85.6kg. Atotal of 5.8kg and a whopping 2 3/4 inches off my waist. I have lost the puffy look from my eyes of which I am really pleased. I always thought it was due to lack of sleep. . I have also found the recordings very helpful and have also been to the Wellness Guys website as well, where there is an amazing amount of information. Exercise has been the most challenging habit to develop. A friend and I have been walking 5ks, 3 times a week before work and I also practice twice a week a martial art and I must say since I have lost the kilos both of these activities are easier. The food was terrific and I havebecome accustomed to eating breakfast, an apple for morning tea and a few nuts for afternoon tea. If I don’t have them it feels like something is missing. I am going to continue to eat this way because I feel more awake and have more energy than I ever have.”

After reading it through I decided to join the Health Club and after looking through all of that info I was motivated to sign up for the 21 day Body Blitz Challenge.

Thinking ahead, and positively; at the end of these 21 days, when my hard work has presented me with the loss of cm’s, kg’s and a healthier me, I’m considering taking up the 112 Day Challenge. And thinking even further ahead, when meeting my goals from that, I would like to ‘treat’ myself to the Health Retreat – that would be my ultimate!

When the SlimYou office opened on the Tuesday after Easter, I was on the phone to pay for the Body Blitz Challenge and a copy of the “The Palm Method” DVD & the Nutritional extras.

So, I’m now onto the 8th day of the programme, and to date, I have lost 4.1kgs & 7cms – I’m now knocking on the door to double digits! Excellent!

Well I started and what a short journey. I lost 3.2kg the first week and feel great, Im am sleeping better and not tired when I wake up and have more energy. The meal plan went well and was not hungry so plenty to eat. Loved the Apple and cinnamon for breakfast. I did struggle with the water at first but got that sorted. The weekend was hard when you are invited out for a meal!

Yaaaahoooooooo I have finished the 21 day challenge and am very pleased with the results.

I unofficially started the 21 day challenge as soon as I received the programme, I didn’t have all the food I needed but I started making changes straight away by eating vege omelettes and avoiding bread. I immediately found that the omelettes were large, filling, delicious and very satisfying – who needs to slap an omelette on bread anymore, not Me!!

I found the palm method introduction very helpful in making sure I had the right sized meals – I have large hands so it worked well for me. I quickly started to eat the house out of veges (this had never happened before), but wow what an awesome change.

My unofficial start date was the 22nd of May weighing in at 89kgs. My official start date was the 26th of May weighing in at 86.9kgs, Waist 97cm, Thigh 44cm. My official end date Sun 15 April, weight in at 83.5, Waist 92cm, Thigh 43cm. So unofficially I have lost a total of 5.5kgs and feeling awesome. In the first week with all the correct food and oils that I required, I noticed that my skin was feeling great. I am prone to dry skin, but not any more – Whoop Whoop.

I was really surprised with myself and my ability to stick to this eating plan, I found it really easy to follow and create tasty healthy and quick meals daily by using the portion sizes and trying a few of the meal ideas in the plan along with some tasty treats in the emails and on the website e.g. Chicken based pizza and the Coriander and cumin spiced covered chicken which I also used for fish, really yummy, thank you very much.

Doing this over the Easter period was a huge challenge but I have a goal which helped me get through. My goal challenge starts this Sunday, which is 12 weeks of full on learning and exercise, I am sooo excited and truely looking forward to being successful in this endeavour. I will keep you posted.

Its Easter and a really challenging time being surrounded by kids and my husband with chocolate but I have stayed strong. On Thursday night, end of the week before the holiday period, we move our junk food meal to Thursday and while the family were having processed meat pie for dinner – I had a lovely piece of snapper (cooked as per the recipe that one of the 21 dayers put up for chicken) with baby spinach, cucumber and feta with a sprinkling of balsamic vinegar – a very gorgeous meal – my husband was envious. In the first week I lost 3.1 kgs which is awesome and that was without much exercise, this weeks weight drop has slowed right down, maybe because I have increased the exercise and am eating less, my official weigh day is Monday so I hope to be showing at least a 100g drop. I hope everyones Easter is going well, remember its only one weekend in a year and if you want chocolate you can buy one peanut slab or a cream egg after the challenge
has finished. Thanks to the 21 day challenge team for keeping me focused on my goal.

“My daughter and I have just completed the first week of the Body Blitz Challenge. We have both lost 5kg, that is the WOW!!
The amount of food is overwhelming and we did struggle sometimes  to get through it all, but hey “first week down, 2 to go” and a lifetime to keep going.
We struggled a bit with Ketones, so we ate more and that came right. We struggled with the Water but now that has come right too, we put a tick on the whiteboard every glass we have.
We had ended up in such a bad way with our eating and had really lost the ability to eat properly. It was to easy to grab a Subway not a 6” but a foot long or grab McDonalds or Pizza. You name it if it was quick and had very little preparation involved we would eat it.
Initially I found it extra hard as I am a cook in a rest home, but once I had made my mind over that I was sticking to my new way of eating I had no excuses.
We have set goals and my daughter has done vision sheets for around her room. We don’t talk about weight loss but about our next goal, we don’t look at the “jiggle bits”, but the person we will become.
The recordings are invaluable and even though we have only listened to the 2 , they have motivated us very much, and helped us to put goals in place from immediate to future including rewards.
My daughter at 15 started at 106kg with high cholesterol, myself at 49 started at 96kg, so as you can see this is just the start of our journey and we look forward to it with a changed attitude because this means our lives.
Thanks so far, we know it won’t be as big a benchmark in the next 2 weeks but thus far we are inspired and I know that will keep us in good stead.”

“Wow 21 days down.  Official results are down 7 kgs all up, 8 cms in my waist (WOW!) and 6 cms in each thigh (DOUBLE WOW).

I am not sure anyone could really see the results until I just did my after photo.  This diet really worked for me, I feel great, and best of all I don’t feel like I need to rush out and get fish n chips now that I have reached 21 days.  I also did this under a bit of a health problem and work stress on the extreme scale and managed to finish it.  Best news is that coffee now doesn’t taste nice at all – given I used to have 6-8 cups a day this is huge.

Thanks for your support and its great having people that understand.  I especially like the motivational stuff around the nay-sayers and coping with others who think they have an opinion in your life.

Biggest progress for me, is I never would let people see my before photo (9) before, I only ever posted the best photos all the while denying the obvious weight problem, and even in the after photo I am not done up to the nines, but very happy with the weight loss.
