“Wow 21 days down. Official results are down 7 kgs all up, 8 cms in my waist (WOW!) and 6 cms in each thigh (DOUBLE WOW). I am not sure anyone could really see the results until I just did my after photo. This diet really worked for me, I feel great, and best of all I don’t feel like I need to rush out and get fish n chips now that I have reached 21 days. I also did this under a bit of a health problem and work stress on the extreme scale and managed to finish it. Best news is that coffee now doesn’t taste nice at all – given I used to have 6-8 cups a day this is huge. Thanks for your support and its great having people that understand. I especially like the motivational stuff around the nay-sayers and coping with others who think they have an opinion in your life. Biggest progress for me, is I never would let people see my before photo (9) before, I only ever posted the best photos all the while denying the obvious weight problem, and even in the after photo I am not done up to the nines, but very happy with the weight loss.
