HI Leanne , its not to use your information but to send you information :) and by writing in here you must have logged in so you are fine x

    Hi Damian & Phyllis,

I have to admit to being confused. The menu planner also includes a potato on day 4 – yet the programme has potatoes as a non-negotiable to be added to the programme when our bodies can digest them. Does that mean we can add potatoes as well as kumara to our ‘edibles’?

    Thanks,

    Lisa

      hi there Lisa,

great pick up. a little bit of potato will be fine, and you are right, it can be a little confusing. i have altered the meal planner to read small amount of Sweet Potato, but if you have had a small jacket potato, you will be fine :)

    Hi Damian and Phyllis,
All going well at our house except my trip to the health store was disasterous. They only had one of the ingredients you listed and that was the fish oil & multi’s. The others they had no idea about. I was a bit disapointed but I do live in a small town. Anyway since they were optional I have had to just continue without them.

      HI Samantha
yes we have heard a few of you have had trouble so we have sourced the Colon Clear and you can get it off the support page, its also about $10 cheaper as well!

Thanks Damian. The link when I went on line wasn’t working for some reason. All good to go now….! And this is really helpful for me – I find it much easier to follow a plan rather than try and work it all out for myself. And then I can substitute different protein etc. Yay – will keep you posted!

As part of the start to my day I use 2 tablespoons of ground linseed, am wondering if this would be okay instead of the Colozone? If you don’t recommend I carry on with that I can change, but it does work very well for me – daily !!

  6. Morrine says:

Amazing what having the correct version does !! :-) The logo is now where it should be – a water mark and I have a Menu Planner – Thanks Damian

  7. damian says:

    have you tried again Katie?

  8. damian says:

    Hello Morrine,

I just checked it and downloaded it and it worked… perhaps you may need to update your Adobe Reader on your computer?

    kind regards

    Damian
